Everyone is innately creative and deserves the opportunity for quality programming and instruction that nurtures discovery, exploration, and joy of expression.
The Waupaca Community Arts Board believes that the Arts are an invaluable part of our community. With its history and reputation of supporting artists who work and volunteer in Waupaca, it is uniquely positioned to provide a space for quality and accessible Arts programming.
